Selhurst Park plays host to a Premier League contest on Thursday when Crystal Palace takes on Brighton.
Crystal Palace vs Brighton Betting Tips - BTTS
Both teams come into this Premier League contest struggling for league victories in the past couple of months.
Visiting Brighton make the short journey to London after a 2:0 defeat at Arsenal this past weekend. Roberto de Zerbi´s side have now won just two of their last ten league matches with their European adventures taking a toll on domestic form.
On their travels, the Seagulls have floundered with four defeats and just one win in their last six away EPL matches. Brighton also leaked 16 goals in those six fixtures including a 6:1 hammering at Aston Villa.
For Palace, their form has been even poorer with no wins in their last ten EPL encounters. However, Roy Hodgson´s side have performed well in their last two matches with a harsh 2:1 defeat against Liverpool backed up by a superb come-from-behind 2:2 draw at champions Man City.
However, at home, Palace are winless in six games with just one victory recorded against Wolves this season. The Eagles have lost their last four at Selhurst Park with three of those matches seeing BTTS and over 2.5 goals scored.
Historically, this fixture is usually a tight one at this venue but goals at both ends should be expected. Since 2018, all six previous EPL matches between these sides at Selhurst Park saw BTTS. More recently, each of their last five encounters saw both teams score and that looks a solid option for Thursday's game, particularly when we consider Brighton´s record in this market.
Indeed, while Brighton failed to score against Arsenal last time out, De Zerbi´s side have seen BTTS in 12 of their last 13 away EPL matches. With that in mind, I'm confident we will see a repeat outcome on Thursday.
