After losing 5:1 versus Liverpool in the Carabao Cup Quarter-Finals, West Ham will welcome underachieving Manchester United at London Stadium.

West Ham are doing fine this season in all competitions. Yes, they just got hammered by Liverpool, but it was away from home, with a rotated squad (especially at the back) against one of the best teams in England. In the Europa League, they easily secured the 1/8 Finals by finishing 1st in Group A and are the fifth favorite to win the title. In the domestic league, the Hammers are 8th, with only one point away from their next opponent, Manchester United. 

Manchester United are playing an atrocious season by their standards, and even though everyone expected a lot from Erik ten Hag, the Dutch coach is looking very close to being sacked. In the Champions League, the Red Devils were totally disappointing after finishing last in a not-too-tough group with Bayern Munich, Galatasaray, and FC Copenhagen. In the Premier League, MU are six points away from the 4th place and already 11 points away from the 1st-placed Arsenal.

West Ham vs Manchester United pick: West Ham to (AH 0) win

West Ham have been excellent in the last couple of months as they won seven of ten games in all competitions while losing just to Fulham and Liverpool. Yes, those losses were big, but against Fulham, there was an illness among the squad, and against Liverpool, they played with a rotated team. At London Stadium, throughout the season, the Hammers have been great, losing just twice in 12 games in all competitions and with a 67% win rate. And in the last two home matches, vs Wolves and Freiburg, they did absolutely great, winning both and keeping a clean sheet.

Manchester United are on a terrible streak, with only one point in the last three games while failing to score in all of those matches. MU are generally have big issues with their offense, and right now, with 18 scored goals in 17 rounds, they are one of the worst offensive teams in the league. The additional problem for the Red Devils will be the potential absence of 11 important players due to injuries or suspensions.

In the previous h2h game at London Stadium, West Ham won 1:0. With West Ham's excellent home record, MU's terrible form, and a number of injured players, we think the Hammers are likely to win this match.
