The current top two teams in the English Premier League meet this weekend as Liverpool welcome Arsenal to Anfield.
Liverpool were not in the Premier League title conversation last year but this season has started very well for the Reds. Jürgen Klopp's side thrashed West Ham United 5:1 in midweek to book their place in the semis of the League Cup and also finished in their Europa League group. The Reds are also flying high in the league as they sit just one point behind league leaders Arsenal after seventeen games.
Arsenal fought for the title right to the end last season and are aiming to build on that success this season. With the visitors currently five points ahead of champions Manchester City, Mikel Arteta would be satisfied with what has been achieved so far. The Gunners will have a difficult task this weekend, but having already beaten City this season, they will fancy their chances of going home with something.
Liverpool vs Arsenal Betting Tips: Liverpool to win and both teams to score
Anfield is one of the most feared grounds for any opponent in England. The last time Liverpool lost at home was in February in the last 16 of the Champions League against La Liga side Real Madrid. Including the win over West Ham United last time out, Klopp's side have now gone 21 games unbeaten at Anfield, winning 18 and drawing three.
Arsenal have the third-best away record in the Premier League this season but have not had much joy in their recent away meetings with Liverpool. The Gunners have not won in their last ten league games at Anfield and conceded at least two goals in all ten encounters. Bets on both teams to score were lost in just two of those games.

Liverpool team news
It was feared that Gravenberch had picked up a hamstring injury in last weekend's goalless draw with Manchester United, but reports suggest the midfielder merely suffered muscle fatigue.
Thiago Alcantara was back on the bench in that game, but this weekend's game is likely to come too soon for Andy Robertson, Stefan Bajcetic, Alexis Mac Allister and Diogo Jota.
After featuring as substitutes against West Ham United last time out, Luis Díaz, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Mohamed Salah will be fresh to start against the Gunners.

Arsenal team news
Like the hosts, Arsenal will be without a number of key players this weekend due to injury. Mohamed Elneny, Jurrien Timber, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Fabio Vieira, Thomas Partey and Jorginho are all in the treatment room.
With no injuries sustained in last weekend's win over Brighton, head coach Mikel Arteta should resist the temptation to change his starting XI.
