Brentford will be looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League when they welcome Wolves to the Gtech Community Stadium on Wednesday.

After a decent start to their Premier League season, Brentford have struggled for form in the past six weeks with five defeats in their last six EPL matches. Down to 14th in the league standings, the Bees now find themselves behind visiting Wolves who arrive at the Gtech Community Stadium in much better form. 

While Brentford have picked up just three points from their last six matches, Wolves have lost just one of their last four EPL matches. In addition, the visitors have taken the scalps of big names including Man City, Tottenham and, in their most recent outing, against Chelsea. 

On the road, Gary O´Neil´s side have struggled, though, with five defeats and just one win in their last seven league matches. Wolves have lost each of their last four away matches. 

Considering Brentford´s poor form, and Wolves disappointing away performances, it´s tough to back either side with much confidence. Instead, the BTTS market looks much more appealing with both teams seeing that outcome frequently in recent weeks.

Visiting Wolves have seen BTTS in all but one of their last seven away league games while the Bees have seen the same outcome in seven of their last nine matches at the Gtech Community Stadium. 

Both of last two EPL meetings between these sides at this venue saw BTTS while Wolves took a point or more in both fixtures. I expect similar outcomes this weekend with Wolves likely to return home with a point or more in a game where BTTS is my top pick.
